Review, Review

I'm With You
Looking in to see how people reviewed one of my favorite bands new albums, "I'm With You" by the Red Hot Chili Peppers. The general opinion seems to be the same across the board, it's a RHCP album.

The review that I went with is from The Observer. They do an overall good summary of the album, they don't review every song, as that would take up a lot of space and time, but they do give you a fair idea what the album consists of.

Their opinion is clear, this is just another RHCP album, which is not essentially a bad thing as the reviewer stats " Either way, it's hard not to feel a grudging sort of affection at the sound of a bunch of dudes rocking out, older and, blissfully, none the wiser."

The review has a good balance of summary and and the writers opinion. They also seem to know what they are talking about as they bring up previous albums and compare music and lyrical content. Their tone seems to come off more hopeful than anything. They seemed to have hopes for this album as did I, but it was just another album like any of their previous ones and that can still be enjoyable though.
